What time is check-in check-out for cabins? 

Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am (unless arranged with management at time of booking).

What time is check in check-out for sites? (all our sites are powered) 

Check in time starts at 10:30am and check-out is 10 am 

Can we check-out late? 

Late check-out is subject to availability on your departure day. Please contact reception on arrival to confirm availability of the request. 

Late Arrival 

If you are arriving after 6pm reception will arrange an afterhours arrival pack for you. This will be placed in our safe outside reception.   

The afterhours pack will include a map of the park, your key to gain access to the boom gate. The instructions of how to access the safe will be given to you over the phone or sent to you via a text message to your phone. 

Early Departure 

If you are departing before 8am please return your key and fob to the parcel box located outside reception. 

Do we allow pets in the park? 

Yes, we allow pets providing they are always on a leash or tethered.  

Is the water on our site safe to drink? 

We use bore water on our sites it is treated.

Can we have more than one vehicle on our site? 

Our powered sites are designed to accommodate a caravan (under 26 feet overall), a car and soft annex. 

2nd vehicles are not permitted and parking of “additional” cars in visitor bays at reception is strictly prohibited. 

Your possessions need to be able to fit on one site and present neatly. 

We will not accept or extend reservations on a site that becomes untidy, is cluttered or does not meet the conditions above.
